UNIDOS is a Latino Community Outreach Program designed to provide assistance to Spanish-speaking residents throughout the City of Dallas.
Sgt. Edward Reyes and team serve with the purpose of building trust between the Dallas Police Department and Hispanic community.
The UNIDOS Program was developed to provide valuable resources and information entirely in Spanish to the Hispanic community. Our main objective is to promote safer neighborhoods and a better quality of life for all who live and work in our communities through education and empowerment.
UNIDOS’ meetings and events are held throughout the year. Our program seeks to build positive, on-going relationships with Dallas residents by organizing local events and programming to address the needs and concerns of our citizens. This is made possible through collaborations with internal partners, local agencies, non-profit organizations, schools, and churches.
