First Watch Commander - Lt. Paolo Sparacino

The First Watch Commander oversees the day to day operations of the uniformed officers of the First Watch and Fourth Watch. This Commander also oversees the nighttime Deployment Team and Crime Response Team.

The hours of First Watch are from 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and the hours of Fourth Watch are 8:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.

Second Watch Commander - Lt. Rene Sigala

The Second Watch Commander oversees the day to day operations of the uniformed officers of Second Watch. This Commander also oversees the daytime School Resource Officers, White Rock Bike Unit, and the Marine Unit.

The hours of Second Watch are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Third Watch Commander oversees the day-to-day operations of the uniformed officers of Third Watch. This Commander also oversees the White Rock Bike and Marine Unit evenings.

The Commander oversees the day-to-day operations of the Investigative Unit and Days/Nights Crime Response Team.

The hours of the Investigative Unit are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The hours of the Crime Response Team are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
